Would it be disturbing if I said that I've always liked this pairing? XD Why? For various reasons.

1.) Renji and Byakuya are soooo into each other. So cross those two names off the list.
2.) I like Orehime and all, but I think she and Ishida make a nice couple. ^_^ Is that just me? *Crosses off two more names*
3.) Rukia... Hmm... That's a tough one... If I were to pick a non-gay relationship that is my favorite, I would have to say that that would be it. Rukia and Ichigo. However, I'm a hugely-obsessed yaoi fangirl, thus sticking Rukia with that Shiba girl. ^_^ As well as her previous relationship with her brother. Rather clever of me, ne? *Crosses three more names off the list*
4.) Ukitake and that captain with the pink kimono and pointy hat make a cute couple. (Momentary brain fart, I can't think of that name...XD) There goes two more.
5.) Hinamori is cute and all, but I get sister/brother vibes with her and Toushira. She's better off with Kira.
6.) Ah, the wunnerful Gin. If I pair Ichigo with Rukia, then I also like Shiro-chan with Gin. ^^ However, Gin ran off with Aizen... XD *Cackles and crosses off a few more names*
7.) Yoruichi goes with Urahara... or Soi Fong. I like both.
8.) And Chad... should sit quietly somewhere... << Nova's pretty hot... Let's stick them together for the time being.
9.) And Zaraki... He just scares me... o.O
